Great Value Program LCI is inexpensive compared to other culinary arts institutes, but provides an education equal or superior to most other programs nationally. The class sizes are extremely small, and the instructors really work with you to make sure you learn everything. The campus itself isn't very big - it's pretty much a former restaurant building with a few offices and classes in the accompanying shopping center. You can finish in a year and will have no trouble finding a good job while you're in school, or afterward. |
